Ordering Food Drive Collection Boxes:

The Weld Food Bank is pleased to provide cardboard boxes that hold up to 40 pounds of grocery product per box, or collection barrels that will hold up to 300 pounds. Please place boxes/barrels in locations easily accessible to elevators or exits that lead to the loading docks.

We will come pick up boxes or barrels for our Food Drive. We understand that this will help conserve the limited resources of the Food Bank. Please contact us so we can schedule our trip to the Food Bank to pick up our materials.
We would like the Food Bank to deliver boxes or barrels. We understand the need to book this delivery at least one week prior to when we want the boxes/barrels delivered.
We would like to schedule a tour of the warehouse, and will discuss the collection process at that time.

Publicizing Your Food Drive:

Create a buzz about the Food Drive through the use of digitized or hard copy promotional and educational tools. We thank you in advance for requesting an appropriate quantity of materials for your food drive which then helps us leverage our resources more effectively.

We have posters available for your use, which can be taped on food collection barrels or posted in high traffic areas within your company/organization.

You will receive a Food Drive Tool Kit containing our latest newsletter that you can use in promoting the food drive among your employees.

Pick up of Food Drive Collection Boxes:

We will drop off our food and collection boxes at Weld Food Bank between 8:00 and 4:00, Monday through Friday.
We request that the Food Bank pick up our donation that weighs 250 or more pounds.
