Weld Food Bank Direct Service Programs

 
Commodity Supplemental Food Program
Monthly supplement, serving seniors 60 and over, children under six, pregnant, postpartum and breast-feeding mothers. Must show ID, proof of Weld County address, proof of income and birth certificates for children under six.

 
Emergency Food Boxes
One time help for those with a temporary food need. This is a nutritionally balanced box that is designed to last approximately three days. Must show some form of ID for each person in the family and proof of Weld County address.
